Return & Exchange Policy

🔹 Our Commitment

At Technology Zone, every product is tested and verified under a 25-point inspection process before dispatch.
We ensure that every customer receives a fully functional and reliable laptop according to the selected condition (Premium, Excellent, Good, or Fair).

However, if you face an issue or receive a product that doesn’t match your order, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth resolution.

🔹 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

1. The laptop received is different from the one ordered (wrong model or specs).


2. The product is not powering on or has a major hardware fault on arrival.


3. A part mentioned as included (e.g., SSD, charger) is missing or non-functional.


4. The product is returned within 3 days of delivery with complete packaging and invoice.

🔹 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. Change of mind or customer dissatisfaction with condition grade (cosmetic appearance).


2. Minor body marks, scratches, or color differences, as these are part of refurbished grading.


3. Software issues such as Windows errors, activation, or driver updates.


4. Display-related issues that occur after usage (spots, lines, or breakage).


5. Liquid damage, overheating, or electrical shock after delivery.


6. Unauthorized repairs, BIOS modification, or tampering with internal components.

🔹 Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving the product.


2. Mention your order number, problem description, and clear pictures/videos of the issue.


3. Our support team will verify and approve your request.


4. The customer will ship the laptop back using M&P or PostEx courier.


5. Once verified, we will send a replacement, issue a store credit, or refund (if applicable) within 5–7 business days.

🔹 Shipping & Inspection Policy

Return shipping cost will initially be paid by the customer.

If the issue is confirmed from our side (e.g., defective or wrong product), full courier refund will be provided.

In all other cases, inspection and shipping charges will apply.

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Due to frequent fake orders in Pakistan, the following COD terms apply:

1. Customers are required to pay ₨1,500 advance as delivery + processing fee for COD orders.


2. COD is available only up to ₨60,000 limit (M&P Policy) — above that, advance payment is mandatory.


3. Customers who make full advance payment get free delivery + 4% discount (GDT covered by us).


4. Advance payments can be made through Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa / JazzCash (details shared during checkout).

🔹 Partial Payments & Installments

We are working on integrating Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and Credit Card Installment options.
Until then, customers can place orders through partial payments, confirmed manually by our sales team.

🔹 Important Notes

Return requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Warranty claims are processed separately (refer to Warranty Policy).

Any damage caused during shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

All returns must include the original packaging, box, and accessories.

🔹 In Urdu (For Local Customers)

ٹیکنالوجی زون کی طرف سے ہر لیپ ٹاپ مکمل 25 پوائنٹ انسپیکشن کے بعد بھیجا جاتا ہے۔
اگر آپ کو غلط ماڈل، خراب پراڈکٹ یا نا مکمل پارسل ملے تو 3 دن کے اندر ریٹرن یا ایکسچینج کا آپشن موجود ہے۔
چینج آف مائنڈ، باڈی مارکس، سافٹ ویئر ایرر یا پانی/شاک سے نقصان کی صورت میں ریٹرن ممکن نہیں۔
COD آرڈرز پر 1500 ایڈوانس ضروری ہے۔
