At Technology Zone, every refurbished laptop undergoes a 25-point inspection process to ensure reliability and quality.
We provide a performance-based warranty, covering all essential internal components that ensure the laptop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Our warranty period depends on the condition grade of the laptop at the time of purchase:

🔹 Warranty Covers

Our warranty ensures that your laptop performs reliably during the warranty period.
The following components are covered:

1. SSD / Storage Drive — performance and functionality guaranteed.


2. RAM / Memory — stability and proper functioning.


3. Battery — performance as per above health chart.

 

4. Keyboard, Touchpad & Ports — only if defective upon delivery.


6. System Performance Warranty — any software-independent performance issues (slow booting, lagging, or system hang) will be repaired.

🔹 Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover issues arising from mishandling, accidental damage, or user modification.
The following items are excluded:

1. Motherboard / BIOS failure caused by user updates or short-circuits.


2. Display or LCD Damage — including spots, lines, cracks, or dead pixels.


3. Body & Cosmetic Condition — scratches, dents, or color fade.


4. Software or OS Issues — including driver corruption or virus attacks.


5. Liquid / Heat / Power Damage.


6. Unauthorized Repairs or Tampering — voids the warranty instantly.

🔹 Claim Procedure

If you experience an issue covered under warranty:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your invoice number.


2. We will verify your purchase and guide you through the diagnostic process.


3. Warranty claims are processed within 5–7 business days after product receipt.


4. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced or equivalent credit will be offered.

🔹 Shipping & Inspection Policy

Customers are responsible for sending the laptop back for inspection.

If the issue is covered under warranty, return shipping is free (we cover it).

For non-warranty or user-caused issues, only diagnostic and shipping charges apply.

🔹 Important Notes

Battery backup time varies by usage; battery health is covered, not backup hours.

Warranty remains void if the device is opened or altered by any unauthorized person.

Always keep your invoice or serial number to claim warranty.

Technology Zone reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
